Relational Stewardship Guide
I was born and raised in this region, and I care deeply about the leaders and ministries serving here.
I want to use the gifts God has given me to support and strengthen you in the work you’re carrying.
If you're leading in ministry, you’re carrying a lot.
Most don’t need more strategy—
They need a simple, consistent way to stay connected to their people.
Since 2018, I’ve been involved in donor development and fundraising.
I’ve seen how much clarity and consistency matter in this work.
What I Do
I come alongside you to help you care well for the relationships you already have.
That might look like:
– Following up with someone you’ve been meaning to reach out to
– Identifying a few key people to invest in
– Creating a simple rhythm so the connection doesn’t get lost
– Knowing what to say when you don’t have the words
Nothing complicated.
Just helping you stay consistent and present.
Coffee Appreciation
Sometimes it’s as simple as sending a small coffee gift as a thank you—
a meaningful way to stay connected and build trust over time.
It’s not about the coffee.
It’s about the relationship.
How I Engage
– 1–2 conversations
– Simple next steps
– No long-term commitment
If this resonates, I’d be glad to connect—whether over coffee or a quick call.
