About Me.
Apprentice to Jesus. Husband to Kathleen — my princess! We’ve been married for ten years and love doing life together: adventuring, exploring the Pacific Northwest, and sharing great coffee dates.
God has gifted me to be a visionary and galvanizing leader. My heart is to live as an apprentice of Jesus, leading my family — and the next generation — to do the same. I want to help others practice the ways of Jesus through adventure, authentic community, and the local church.
I was given a prophetic word over my life — that I would be like Joshua, a strong and courageous leader to the next generation. God pivoted my direction in 2017 — from pursuing a career as a firefighter to reaching youth with the Gospel. That’s why I partnered with Aion Path — to create a space where fathers and apprentices can grow together through real experiences and challenges.
I’ve spent 20 years bringing people together around ideas that matter, mostly in sales and relational leadership. Since 2018, I’ve worked in nonprofit ministry with a focus on donor development and leadership. I hold a certification through the Association of Fundraising Professionals — and what I love most is inspiring people to take action and make a difference.
Discipleship and wilderness experiences have shaped my own transformation. Climbing Mount Rainier in high school ignited a fire in me that still burns today. That experience helped form my leadership ability and character.
Relationships are everything. Like architecture, they take skill, art, and intentionality.
Mount Rainier–size blessing to you. 🙏
Grace & Peace,
Jeffrey
